Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew on the 5th of each month. Once your renewal processes, it cannot be canceled. Please note – cancellation and pause requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (5^th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month. You may cancel or pause your subscription by emailing ccteam@collegeconnectionbox.com and include CANCEL and/or PAUSE in the subject line.
