Refund policy

RETURN, REFUND, and REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

All subscription sales are final, with the exception of damaged or missing items.

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, the customer is responsible for contacting College Connection within 30 days of receiving the product via email at ccteam@collegeconnectionbox.com.  We will send you a new item or credit your account. 

If a subscription order or item within the subscription order was not received, the customer must contact College Connection within 30 days of the tracking number being generated in order to investigate further.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Subscriptions renew on the 5th of each month. If you subscribe between the 1st through the 5th of the month, your method of payment will be charged on the 5th. If you subscribe after the 5th, you will receive the following month’s box and your payment will be charged on the 5th of the next month. 

Once your renewal processes, it cannot be canceled. Please note – cancellation and pause requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (5th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month. You may cancel or pause your subscription by emailing ccteam@collegeconnectionbox.com and include CANCEL and/or PAUSE in the subject line.
